Welcome to "OUR" Class!

 YAY! Our classroom site is finally up. Now please excuse the construction as I am still trying to work a few kinks out. However, I am excited to finally have a way to share with you what we are doing throughout the year. As you notice there are multiple pages at the top. Each page offers different information. Our class will BLOG throughout the year about what we are learning. The students will post about field trips, projects, book studies, and more. I have included IMPORTANT INFO such as spelling words and important dates coming up. Also at the bottom of that page are links to useful websites that will help you and the children find necessary resources and online help as well. Each month I will recognize an outstanding STUDENT OF THE MONTH. The children will be recognized for outstanding behavior, going above and beyond with school work, along with other activities and achievements. EXTRAS includes extra forms such as reading logs and current event forms that you may download and print at home when your child needs a new one. The last page is a way for you to CONTACT ME with any questions, concerns, and or comments. This is also a way in which you could request a conference if you feel that one is needed.

Please look around and get familiar with our site. Stay in touch and updated with what we are doing. You at home play just as much of a role in the growth and success of our students as I do. Please encourage them with all homework, projects, and reading at home. I am excited about the group that I was blessed to work with this year. It is going to be a fun filled year of learning, growing, and preparing for the future and this site will keep you in tune every step of the way.
